I have made flickr contact with the guy that took this pic. This photo is of his wife and was taken on the campus of Reed College (location of Renn Fayre).
If I get to know him any better, maybe I'll enquire if he has more hidden nudity or would be interested in taking more HN pics. Curiously this pic is kind of low Q. Most of his pics are better res.
