Actually it's very common for cosmetic surgeons to take these pictures and then display them publicly to show off their handiwork and drum up more business. One has to wonder if these women are "in the know." I'm guessing most of them just assumed the pictures were a necessary part of the procedure but weren't aware that their tits were going to be shown to the entire free world to get their doctors more customers.
