You didn't actually have to put it in a .RAR file because the upload limit on all video formats were also increased to 100 MB.

I've tried uploading video files and they say "over 31MB limit" i also noticed in the manage attachment window the limit listed for video types is still at 31MB. the only file type i can upload larger than that is if i put it in .rar, anyone else have this issue?
