I'll often start a thread on a very obscure topic. It doesn't matter to me if it doesn't have broad appeal, its just to put it out there and get people to think about it.
Judging by the number of thanks you've gotten so far, I think these pics would have done very well on their own in a separate thread. Either way, though - thanks for bringing up this long overdue topic.
