In these additional photos you can some of the writing on the wall, which tells us that this at "The 8th China International Ceramics Expo," rather than from Japan. Believe it or not this show apparently has nothing to do with porn or the sex industry. This makes sense when you look at the crowd around the stage, who appear to be pretty much middle-class clean cut Chinese folk. The one company whose name is visible is "Niceton Marck Huaguang Ceramics," and their web site shows they make tons of miscellaneous unrelated cheap ceramic wares, presumably for export to places like the US--again nothing to do with porn. What naked body-painted models are doing as part of a presentation at this show, I have no idea whatsoever. Then again, US car shows frequently have nudity, so I guess it's just different over there.
I'd love to find out exactly what the premise/pretext was for parading around these fully nude women on stage at a mainstream trade show.
