I believe the guy in the last photo also has numerous pics of himself doing the same thing at Folsom street fair and who knows what other events around San Francisco.
The series, BTW, is from Photozella and Photozella pics are generally copyrighted except for those that have shown up legitimately at Flickr (uploaded by the original photographer).
