It sounds a little like they are more concerned with drunkedness and people peeing on front lawns than the nudity. The city was getting severe pressure from homeowners along the parade route regarding the former. That said, maybe they will go easy on the nudes. After all, it probably does bring a fair amount of money into the district.

But this still sucks. I mean, I hope San Francisco's reputation as a trend setting city stops here. Heaven forbid their actions should have an effect on officials overseeing the Fremont Parade in Seattle. And we have a dem in the white house now, too. Sheesh - I can't see pressure from the national level. So really, other than the homeowners, where is it coming from? Born again prudes tired of kinky San Francisco?
