It's a hilarious video and in no way, shape or form could it be considered scat - although there is brief glimpse (literally last 2 seconds) of the turd falling out her ass, but it's shot from a side view and at a distance.
Seriously, it's a very funny video. It sounds a lot worse in writing that it really is. If you love ENF vids of girls being caught peeing outside, you're gonna love this.
