That is CC from the old CCandme, of newgroup fame. they then transitioned to ccandme.net.
It appears that the constant web exposure began to affect her job and personal life. She origianlly wore the sunglasses in her shots...then got braver and shed the glasses as well as her clothes.
The ccandme.net site cronicled the whole experience. It was a low budget, self made site. I applied for a pass and finally got it 6 mo later. It was worth the wait. probably 30 sets of shots over about 4-5 years. They got bolder and bolder. She seemed to tire of it, being noticed in public more than once I assume. She also noted that she felt pressure to maintain a certain weight, which became harder as she got older.
