Not unknown for pictures to get horizontal-flipped, though. I sometimes do this to make a photo have better balance or composition (provided there isn't any text in the frame). Sometimes a girl just looks better the other way round (cough).
I tend to look for moles, freckles, even tattoos (yuck), which don't tend to move around. Rings are good too, and sometimes jewellery if the photos are from the same session . Also, while the hairstyle might change radically, the point at which it parts on the forehead usually stays the same. This girl apparently has a centre parting at one point and a couple of inches to the side on others. I think that this makes it being the same girl unlikely.
Mind you, I wouldn't kick either of them out of bed for eating crackers, would you?
