I go down there all the time, it is always fun, though the willingness of the cruise ship passengers to remove clothing varies. Sometimes, there is a great party, but nothing to see; other times, there is a lot to see. They have stopped the wet t-shirt contest for the time being. The best that I could interpret from their fractured English and my fractured Spanish was that the local government didn't want them to do it anymore. That doesn't stop the flashing or the shirt lifting; but as I said earlier - sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. If you go there, buy one of the waiters a beer and follow him around. You'll have a good time.
