It's all a lot of student slang... but it would mean something like
Damesch 06 rampeneert Ameland
"Klap eens in je handjes" stond net niet op de foto...
Ladies 06 on the road on Ameland (probably it's the sixth ladies rowing team; Ameland is an island in the north of the Netherlands, with a lot of beaches).
We missed the 'clap your hand' pic.

'Functioneel naakt' is something like Angelina Jolie showing off tits and ass for the sake of a good movie.
I assume b'vo is short for bravo and D06 is short for Dames 06 again ... so
Ladies 06 without 'haute couture' at the Cote d'Azur.
