It seems to be comprised of two words:

'Gulis' and 'Intagning'. It's Swedish, not Finnish, although they do speak Swedish in most of Finland.
'Gulis' seems to mean someone yellow (probably a nickname for freshmen), and 'Intagning' probably means 'Intake'.

I speak Danish and Norwegian myself, so can't be 100% certain of this, but it seems correct.
