Because she is not really "yours". It is not legal in most countries to own another human being. She is with you because she chooses to be with you (in most cases).
Statistically, you have almost a 50% chance that your wife will cheat on you in your relationship. The couriosity is there, I want it to be a healthy part of our relationship, not the death of it.
To have other men lust after your attractive wife is flattering and a rush. To watch the process of another man wooing her, trying to get into her pants and maybe even suceeding is one of the biggest sexual charges I have ever felt.
I want my wife to be in my bed tonight because she truely would rather be nowhere else. How would I know this is so if I held her captive?
