The question would be, as with the NZ naked rugby pics - did the women join in on their own initiative? They almost look like they are streaking the game...and I'll bet this only lasted a very short while.
The second to the last pic really captures the smiles and says "this is what real, spontaneous public nudity is all about!".

I know quite a bit about rugby (both the game and the culture) and I think I can explain what's going on. They're not streaking the men's game, they're streaking the field after their own game. The women are all wearing matching rugby shorts, so they're all from the same women's rugby team and probably played earlier. My guess is that this is some kind of beach/sand tournament (which pretty much means it was just for laughs to begin with) and they are either celebrating winning or just doing it for the heck of it (most tournaments like this would include men's and women's brackets). The fact that there are seven of them further illustrates the point: a summer beach tournament would likely have been a 7's, or seven-on-seven tournament. Streaking the field after the game is often called a "Zulu" (somewhat politically incorrect, I know) in anglo-phonic rugby countries. I don't know what spanish or french speaking clubs would call it.
There are plenty of examples of men's teams doing it en masse, even occasionally professional ones in front of thousands of fans. I think women doing it so publicly is probably more rare, in keeping with the ways these things unfortunately work out. Sometimes one player is singled out to do it as a form of initiation/hazing (such as after scoring their first try for the club), other times teams do it all together for a laugh and I guess you could say as a type of bonding. Rugby clubs/teams (including female ones) are a lot like fraternities, and public nudity and generally inappropriate behavior is part of the culture, though again I think something this public is something of a rarity on the female side.
Since I don't have much time myself at the moment to scour the internet for photos, I thought I'd throw this info out there in case if helps you all search for pics. As is the case with most public nudity, it's probably a lot easier to find pics of men than women, and since rugby is obviously a male-dominated sport, if you search out "zulu" photos you're likely to find thousands of pictures of naked men for every one of a woman. Still, I just wanted to explain what's going on in the photos and provide a little help for those looking for more.
