Looks as if it could be Fuerteventura in the Canary Isles, specifically between Morro Jable and Costa Calma where there is a very long tidal sandbar. The thongs and toplessness of the girls would also be quite unremarkable there where naturism is VERY common. On the other hand I've never been to any of Klondikes possible locations
