I agree with you. Two things: one, to satisfy me, it would have to really be a fight - not to hurt, though. Women rolling around in bikinis pretending to fight as they slowly untie each others bikinis doesn't do it. Two, it may be hard to get even willing amateurs to go at it that hard.
So first you have to motivate them: prize money is always good for that sort of thing. It's not whether you pay the loser or not - it's how much more she gets for winning. Though if she gets too much for losing she might give in quick if she thinks she can't win.
Second you have to make sure that there's motivation to make it humiliating beyond just "i lost my wet-tshirt in this bowl of mud". Maybe scavenger hunt-style - she has to score, in the eyes of the judges, a nude boob-slap, a titty twist, and a nothing-to-hide elbows-to-ears pin. Or a genital pinch that causes a tap-out. Or a forced penetration with an object. Or submitting the loser to a real humiliation like remaining nude in stocks for some time after the match.
I still see the GGW type of audience as the thing to make this happen - sooner or later, someone will want to do that type of video and dig into the wrestling kink just to differentiate themselves.
