One route you might consider is having a custom video made. There are many models you can find on the internet who will do custom videos. They are expensive compared to a stock video, of course, but they can be a good value if you find that the stock videos available are never quite what you are looking for. You can buy 10 stock videos that have a minute or two that really pushes your buttons or you can buy one custom video that is exactly to your specifications all the way through.
To do a full scene as you described with several people in the scene may be prohibitively expensive as a custom video, since the costs are going to jump up the more "actors" that have to be paid. But if you were able to "suspend disbelief" and would be content to have a video that focused on just one model who played the scene and pretended to be playing strip poker with a group of "imaginary" people who are off camera I am sure you could find a number of models who could do that. You could have the model wear any kind of outfit you liked and direct her reactions the way you wanted them. But if you wanted a more "realistic" scene that had a number of people in it that you could see all interacting with each other - that might cost more than you want to pay. You might want to do a bit of searching on the internet for models who do custom videos and just send a few emails inquiring about what you are interested in and seeing what the costs would be.
