If it helps at all, here is what is going on in the Berlei ad. It was banned for being too explicit, and this is from the review board's decision:

An advertisement for Berlei was screened on TV 2. It portrayed a woman standing in front of the camera ostensibly naked, and saying "I'm wearing the perfect bra, soft and smooth to touch. Doesn't rub or pinch and fits me like a second skin…". The camera moved to the woman's chest and a pair of male hands covered her breasts. The woman continued with, "…Yep, it’s the most comfortable bra ever. The only problem is, finding matching undies…" The camera moved to the woman's groin and her pubic area was covered by a man's hands. The woman then said, "That's why I wear "Touched" by Berlei with soft suede microfibre. It’s the second most comfortable bra!".

The ad agency was "Pure Creative" and the name of the ad is "Hands". It ran in 2000. I found that Advertolog page too where they charge like $70 a month to access their ads. What a crock. I did find a site called
coloribus that only charges $30, but that's still too much for me for one ad.
