From the other (clothed) photos, this was an event at a shopping mall, the pumpkin runners were just a small part of this fancy dress 'run'. Still, I guess the US version of 'liberal' is slightly different to a european version
Never mind, students in europe tend to keep thier clothes on public, so I should not be complaining
