I just realized something. This pic:

is clearly taken in the Fremont District (the famous bridge i got on by mistake last year that practically ended my photography career is pictured in the background).
That is Leary St at Fremont St, and it's right along the Fremont Solstice Parade route.
They don't just get naked ANYWHERE in Seattle. They chose proven "nudity safe" zones.
Maybe they think that will help keep them from getting arrested, despite the fact that they are crossing against the light and the walk signal!
BTW - any OCC members live in Seattle? This years run is only days away, its in broad daylight, and you can't always depend on "friends pics of friends" to fill these threads.
