Can you prove (I mean, do you have verifiable, 100% infallible proof) that those calendar pics were never, at any time, in or meant to be in, a calendar that was available for sale?
The difference between those calendar pics and the print ads is that you don't have to pay to see a print ad. When I said "commercial", I meant commercial as in "for sale", not as in "advertising". Basically, we're just trying to avoid copyright disputes here, and there's more of a chance of a copyright dispute if something is posted that was meant to be for sale, be it a pro pic from a pay site, a magazine, or, yes, a calendar, particularly if the subjects in the calendar are professional models, and if the point of the calendar was to turn a profit. Charity calendars with amateurs are another matter. If you have a link to where you found the calendar pics, by all means, you're welcome to post it. It's just not a good idea for them to be uploaded directly. And, like I said, you get away with a lot more in this thread than you probably should.
