Post 44 on p.5 of this thread (I'm either REALLY compulsive or was looking for something else when I ran across it) lists her as "Ely Guerra," whom Wikipedia describes as a Mexican singer/songwriter. She's apparently well known in the Spanish-speaking world, and your pictures are of a "wardrobe malfunction" at a concert (sorry, don't have date). There's even an Ely Guerra pool at Flickr, with 224 photos: none of the first 48 is your posts, though. Here she is with dark hair.
