Maybe I am just an old grump, but I notice that guys who put up photos 'stolen' from payware sites (often without even removing any watermark) get more 'thanks' messages than I do for taking photos myself. That 'Best of the best' series is a good example, maybe I will stick to posting other peoples work in future!
