Kinda reminds me of an episode of Married With Children where Tiffany-Amber Thiessen had somehow humiliated Bud Bundy, and ended up tied to some lockers, clothed only in a towel, which was tied to Buck the dog, who was called by Bud's sister Kelly just as the scene faded out.
