I really don't know. My guess is that they were taken from slide pictures that probably had a pretty high ASA rating and converted from there. My vague recollection is that there was some sort of device early on that would allow you to do that with slides, (before scanners and the like...).
Okay, the zip is the rest of the photos I've got from '95, mainly posted from September through the end of the year. Nothing there I thought worth highlighting. Mostly a few vidcaps and single shots. Some of them may be reposts, YMMV, buyer beware etc.
If anybody thinks there's something there worth showing off, feel free to throw it out there.
Oh and just for search/archival purposes, the girl in the last series of shots there was named Chris. On to 1996, when things really started to pick up in the newsgroups...
