Nope, false alarm.
It seems they are 2 applications in each file. A PDF application and a Start application.
My buddy told me to click the Start application to view them.
It's not the PDF application that is locked. It's the Start application that is locked.
So now what?

See the Start application, and the lock showing beside it?
Yup, that's pretty much all that stands in our way, now.
We just need to get past that lock, and everything else should follow.
