Alas, too late to fix that post, but yeah. I mis-read the discussion of this on a Japanese BBS, and it's actually the opposite, but still just as interesting, scenario -- the young woman is actually perfectly dressed, she just happens to have a supernatural power that makes it so whomever she falls in love with can see through her clothing. And, of course, this appears to be completely uncontrollable -- she can't make her clothing visible to him, he can't see it even if he wants to (outside of using a mirror or camera to see).
Anyway, yeah. Definitely a neat idea for a manga, either way.
