Um, because it belongs in this section? The Exhibitionist and Voyeur section is reserved for:
a) Pictures of women naked outside or flashing (Exhibitionist).
b) Pictures that were taken with spy cams or without the woman's knowledge (Voyeur).
This thread contains neither, so it belongs in Sexy Amateurs.
