That one does not depict a naked female with a clothed female, but a naked female who's the only one naked on the beach (with her boyfriend), it should rather be on that thread :

Anyway, it's a great pic, I know if comes from a full serie of at least 5 or 6 pics. It has been taken in France, approximately 2 years ago, on a clothed beach in Normandy at the end of the afternoon, the other pics are showing the girl playfully jumping in the water fully naked, while her boyfriend (who stays fully clothed) seems really embarassed and tries to get her out of the water.
