I use GOM player to play almost all my video files. It is one of the better FLV players and is able to play most FLV files. GOM has a screen capture feature also. Bascially, when you play a file in GOM, hit F7 to bring up the Control Panel. The click Advanced Capture to set you directory and close that when you are done. Then simply hit Crtl+E or the Screen capture button as the file is play to capture a screenshot.

I use GOM as well for all mine....it's free....it plays ANY file format - hence, it can capture frames from ANY file format. It rocks!
