The reason for the different rate of nudity at Kazantip as opposed to the naturist beach at Koktebel is no doubt due to the fact that it's the main reason to go to the latter, whereas like many festivals such as Roskilde, Bonnaroo, or even the Fremont Solstice Parade & Pageant, the nudity is only a small part of what's going on, and is determined by how comfortable people feel about being partly or totally naked, at Kazantip.
Thanks for the answer. I want to comment that at American Bonnaroo shows, nudity is generally not legal. From Klondike's comments, it may not be legal at Kazantip, either.

I have one very important question that I've been wondering for over a year now:

Does anyone know when that big gathering at Koktebel is held each year? If you look at the nudist-camp.org vids, it's the festival of sorts filmed. I would really like to know when that is. It's called the "Neptune Festival" or something.

When does that thing take place? Date?

They've got a great male-female ratio (probably 50% or higher females) and a lot of them are naked. And drunk! Plus everybody has got video cameras and all the women know that the guys are zooming in on their pussies. And they don't care!
