To attempt to answer both the previous, Kazantip is indeed the name of the festival held at Koktebel, which in turn is where a nudist beach is also located; they are not the same stretch of sand, however. Klondike can perhaps shed light on exactly where the two spaces are in relation to each other: I suspect the nudist beach is further out of the city of Koktebel, not least because there's so much camping accompanying a lot of the photos we see from there. The reason for the different rate of nudity at Kazantip as opposed to the naturist beach at Koktebel is no doubt due to the fact that it's the main reason to go to the latter, whereas like many festivals such as Roskilde, Bonnaroo, or even the Fremont Solstice Parade & Pageant, the nudity is only a small part of what's going on, and is determined by how comfortable people feel about being partly or totally naked, at Kazantip.
