It's obvious to me that the first set of pics /ceremony probably , definitely IS a witches' ceremony ( of some type ) ......
They are obviously doing / or casting some type of " spell " ( witches' parlance ) in order to grow that one chick's hair .......
If that IS the case , I " may " consult them ; in order to grow MY hair ::::: Rogaine with Minoxidil is just NOT doing the trick
