"-chan" boards (named for 4chan.org, the site that started it all), are these free-for-all discussion boards where you don't have to register to post. The various boards often attract young women who post naked pictures of themselves to get attention. The link I posted was to a "-chan" board dedicated to collecting these pictures and encouraging the girls to post more.
