That started me wondering whether dropping her drawers was a last minute spontaneous decision, a lost bet or something else. I'm willing to bet that full frontal exposure was not on her agenda when she woke up on parade day. Her friends are wearing bottoms. Her cute smile seems to have a slightly embarrassed self conscious quality about it.
It is not important and does not affect the price of gas, but its fun to speculate.
