Depending on how long ago the photos were taken, it's not worth worrying about. Hair styles, fashions (including lingerie and bathing attire) evolve and ie change one's appearance. Unless somebody attaches your name to a photo, it will be hard to identify you specifically out of the thousands of photos posted every day.

For what it is worth, I have a friend who posed for her school's art dept. over a fairly long period. She has never had a problem. On the other hand, she considered it to be a legitimate job and has no issues about it.

My own wife (ex no. 1) often volunteered to pose for a photo/art club that I had joined. We had over 30 members. They each paid her around $10 for posing (no porn), and she signed releases. I have seen her pics posted, but I had to look twice to recognize her, and I was very familiar with her appearance at that time. Nothing ever came of it.
