The moral of this story is, the farther the pics travel on the internet, the more you have to be skeptical. Had these been posted on the "Vancouver Sun" website, not a problem.....But they weren't posted there. They were posted on a french site....
So Dallas can go back to being "oil city" once again...
thanks, Crispus - interesting bit of sleuthing there. In the pics it is sunny, and it is rarely sunny in Victoria. So that threw me off a bit, too...Dallas is much sunnier.

And i thought how nice it would be to have a WNBR in oil city's like Dallas......
