Yup, that's a SURE tipoff, anytime....
That park overlooks Puget Sound and in the way distance you can barely see the Olympic Mtns. But hey, you want to call it Dallas because of a street sign? The moral of this story is, the farther the pics travel on the internet, the more you have to be skeptical. Had these been posted on the "Vancouver Sun" website, not a problem.....But they weren't posted there. They were posted on a french site....
So Dallas can go back to being "oil city" once again...
thanks, Crispus - interesting bit of sleuthing there. In the pics it is sunny, and it is rarely sunny in Victoria. So that threw me off a bit, too...Dallas is much sunnier.
