It looks like an artist's club scenario where each member artist has their own agenda. Looks like a mix of photo and traditional artists. The clubs are useful because the model fees are shared. Also, group peer pressure keeps the members in line. The models, usually newbies with no agents or artist wives/girlfriends making a few bucks, actually feel safer with the group than in a one on one situation. The clubs are a useful way to advance one's skills.
