Actually you only need to get a model release when you are going to use the photos for advertising, a book, etc..
If you are in a public place anyone can take your picture. And anyone can post it on the internet where it becomes part of the "public domain."
You DON'T have a right or expectation of Privacy when you are in public, especially if/when you are walking around or riding a bike Naked. Some people would say it's "rude" to be naked in public.
