I can't remember all the details, such as names, place, what-not, but these girls aren't twins. They're not even related. Sorry to burst any bubbles. This pic is from a shoot for either Nude-in-Public or Flash-in-Public where one girl would wear the dress for a little while during their stroll through the park, then take it off for the other one to wear.
