There is not doubt today that the Internet has helped create a new breed of hotwife. The Internet has provided the opportunities for women to express their sexuality and be able to contact other users who share the same interests. The Internet is an amazing tool that brings together a community of like-minded thinkers that may of otherwise rejected the sexual feelings and desires they have. I’m sure many men who had fantasies of their wives having an affair had never heard of the word ‘cuckold’ before they were came across a website or forum on the subject.

Since the explosion of the Internet the percentage of women who have extramarital sex has increased. In 1965 a UK study found 25% of married women admitted to having had relations with someone other than their husband. A similar study by a National newspaper in 2002 reported that 40% of their married female readers had at some time had extramarital sex. Another study in 2004 found that 70% of all women surveyed had been unfaithful in a relationship.

Another trend of hotwife activity comes from women that are employed full-time and in studies have shown they are more likely to stray than wives that are not employed and tend to stay at home by 2 to 1. A ‘New Women’ magazine survey got feedback from women to indicate 60% of full-time employed wives have had an affair through work. On the downside, adultery is blamed for more than a quarter of all divorces… I suppose these men just need to come round to the idea
