Mark's has always been one of my favorite surfing spots..I believe posting pics from there falls within the guidelines here since a lot of the pics I've seen on Mark's are lifted from other sites as well..I've even seen some of Vicki Hailies pics posted on there before as well as some I recognize from Flickr..besides, there are alot of bullshit stories that go along with the pics at mark's anyway, so I think it's fair game..
