Yep. Rule 42, Section 7, Subsection c, Paragraph 9 of "The Association of Hidden Nudity Lovers Rule Book" states: "Any and all pictures containing a nude female whose nudity is hidden by her own or another female's hair, specifically hair that is not from the same part of the body as that which is being hidden, shall therefore be considered a Hidden Nudity picture. So there."
