Well, risking this post being deleted by the webmaster's fanatical policy about not listing other sites (which is strange since this is just a free forum) almost all the pics came from
http://community.webshots.com/ It's the most searchable public pic forum and you just type in keywords like "upskirt" or "skirt and panties" and you'll find hundreds of these pics. The problem is age verification. A fair amount of the pics are of high school girls.
