This is from an movie titled "Say Yes". I rememebr seing it years ago on HBO.

Don't remember much except this scene.

I could not find much about it on the net, except it was made in 1986.

What I vagelyThe gal is a country girl to comes to NYC to seek fame. Meets a guy who must marry to inherit a fortune. The Guy in wheelchair is trying to stop her from accepting teh proposal.
