Actually, the more I read your candid vs voyeur distinction, the more it makes sense. So I wonder if maybe we need three terms then? Because I still want to reserve "candid" for situations where the babes are aware of being photographed but are just not posing. Thats a typical photography candid. Otherwise, I think though that I once tried to explain why the term "voyeur beach" photography was not an oxymoron. Maybe its because although most of the woman there are perfectly happy to be SEEN naked, they are not perfectly happy to be PHOTOGRAPHED naked. So its not a "seeing something you shouldn't" situation (your definition of voyeur) but it IS a "PHOTOGRAPHING something you shouldn't" situation. Given that the photos would be unwanted if they were known to be taken, then nude beach photography is still "voyeur" photography in my opinion. Maybe then two terms would still cover it.
