Abajo is Spanish for 'Below', 'Under', 'Down', etc. Izquierdo means 'Left' (as in the opposite of 'Right' (spanish: Derecha)). My guess is that it equates roughly to the English term "Left of Center", meaning "out of the ordinary".

I doubt anyone would name their child "Left Bottom" in any language.
