I nominate "abajoizquierdo" for consideration as one of the most bizarre adult search terms in the world. The term refers to a performance nudity event out of Spain in which participants use their bodies as a canvas for photographers. As you can see, camoflauge is a big part of it too.

I just found out the term is also spelled "abajo izquierdo" (possibly someones name) and searching on this returns more hits than spelling it the other way.
